About Relay For Life St. Thomas-St. John
Relay For Life St. Thomas-St. John brings our community together in support of people affected by cancer. Led locally by the St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation on behalf of the American Cancer Society, the event brings together survivors, caregivers, families, businesses, community organizations and volunteers to celebrate life, remember loved ones lost to cancer and raise funds to support Virgin Islanders in the fight against cancer.

STEEMCC is inviting the community to help select the theme for the 2027 Relay For Life St. Thomas-St. John. The four proposed themes are:
- Colors of Cancer: Each team represents a cancer awareness color, honoring survivors and raising awareness for the many cancers we are fighting together.
- Decades of Hope: Teams celebrate different decades with music, fashion, and decorations, showing how hope and progress against cancer continue through time.
- Carnival for a Cure: Inspired by classic fairgrounds and family-friendly carnival fun, teams bring bright colors, games, and festive decorations to celebrate community and hope in the fight against cancer.
- Superheroes Against Cancer: Teams dress as superheroes and celebrate the real heroes of Relay — survivors, caregivers, and supporters fighting cancer together.
