Is there an application for the 340B program?
There is no application for this program. Your provider will indicate eligibility on the prescription.

Can I get any medication through this program?
Your prescription has to be on the list of eligible medications. Your provider can update you as needed.

I am a STEEMCC patient and also have other doctors. Can an external provider write a prescription that qualifies for the 340B Discount Program?
Your prescription HAS TO BE written by a STEEMCC Provider.

Can I fill my prescription at any pharmacy?  You can fill your 340B prescriptions at The Medicine Shoppe, Tradewinds Pharmacy, and Walgreens.
Prefer the convenience of home delivery? U.S. Discount Pharmacy is also an option — an online pharmacy that ships directly to you.

I am a Medicaid or Medicare patient. Am I eligible?
