You can also call the Center at (340)775-3700.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Who is eligible to receive services?<\/strong><\/p><p>Services are available to all individuals, regardless of insurance status. You must have an email address and access to a device capable of video conferencing.<\/p><p><strong>What if I don\u2019t have a device capable of video conferencing?<\/strong><\/p><p>No problem! You can either receive in-person services or use the Center\u2019s telehealth video conference room to connect with an offsite provider.<\/p><p><strong>Do I need insurance to receive services?<\/strong><\/p><p>No, insurance is not required. We offer self-pay options, including a sliding fee discount program (SFDP) based on federal poverty guidelines. See our <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/steemcc.org\/savant\/patient-resources\/\">Patient Resources Page<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>for more information.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>What insurance is accepted?<\/strong><\/p><p>We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and in-network commercial payers.<\/p><p><strong>What types of services can I receive via tele-behavioral health?<\/strong><\/p><p>We offer individual therapy, with a focus on your unique needs and goals. Your provider will work with you to develop a personalized care plan.<\/p><p><strong>Who provides the care?<\/strong><\/p><p>Our tele-behavioral health team includes Licensed Clinical Social Workers, psychologists, and a psychiatric physician assistant.<\/p><p><strong>Can psychiatric medications be prescribed via telehealth?<\/strong><\/p><p>Yes. Our psychiatric physician assistant can prescribe medications when appropriate and clinically indicated.<\/p><p><strong>What forms of payment are accepted?<\/strong><\/p><p>We accept cash, major credit and debit cards. Payments can be made:<\/p><ul><li>In-person (at least <strong>one <\/strong>business day before your session)<\/li><li>Over the phone (at least<strong> two<\/strong> business days before your session)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Is my session confidential?<\/strong><\/p><p>Yes. All tele-behavioral health services follow strict HIPAA guidelines to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.<\/p><p><strong>Can I switch to in-person visits later?<\/strong><\/p><p>Absolutely. You can discuss transitioning to in-person care with your provider at any time.<\/p><p><strong>What if I need help during a crisis?<\/strong><\/p><p>Telehealth is not intended for emergencies. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
